SCROLL DOWN FOR NEWLY ADDED IMAGES FROM RACE TO WITCH MOUNTAIN FEATURING SYMBOLS - AND CODE (?) - DESIGNED BY THE MOVIE'S CIA ADVISOR...

Nordic aliens in Disney's Race to Witch Mountain (2009).
One
of the
most eyebrow-raising cases of government involvement in a Hollywood UFO movie in
recent years is that of Race to Witch
Mountain (2009), which apparently received extensive support
from the CIA – albeit in an ‘off the books’ capacity – despite its plot drawing
extensively from UFO mythology (with references both to Area 51 and Roswell)
and its presentation of a sinister government UFO cover-up.
In 2010, the film's director, Andy
Fickman – a self-described “UFO enthusiast” born and raised in Roswell, New
Mexico – told me that, although he personally shaped the majority of the film’s UFO-related content, at least some of it was the result of CIA input. The director claims
that, in a
highly unusual production arrangement, he and his crew were closely assisted by an active employee
of the CIA whose advice extended to designing the alien writing seen in the flying
saucer during
the film’s climactic scenes.

Despite
my best efforts, Fickman has been unwilling to reveal to me the identity of his CIA advisor, but claims he’s a former Air Force Technical
Intelligence Officer, that he had been “very active in Hollywood,” and “had a
lot of connections in the computer world and [experience in] satellite
imagery.”
Fickman
said of his CIA advisor:
All of the on-camera alien language in terms of their
spaceship and everything – that was all designed by him in the sense [of what]
the mathematics of communication would be, so you know... there would be a
similar mathematical equation that the government probably has if they were to
ever come across an alien race. So a lot of the things we ended up using were
things he was bringing to me... and the next thing you know, that’s what I had
on screen.
The alien
“language” to which Fickman refers appears onscreen in Race to Witch Mountain in the form of holographic symbols aboard
the Nordic aliens’ flying saucer. Some are simple, some are more elaborate.
Presented below are three of the most frequently recurring symbols that appear
in the climactic scenes of the movie...

Morse code-type design as featured in the Race to Witch Mountain DVD menu. This 'code' also appears in the film alongside various symbols.

The symbol pictured right frame appears frequently in Race to Witch Mountain's flying saucer. In the film it is seen to rotate.
Left frame: the flying saucer's schematic.
The question, of course, is what do these symbols mean? Besides some of them bearing a passing resemblance to certain crop formations (the authenticity of which is debatable), it is difficult to ascribe any significance to them beyond the fact that they were designed by an alleged CIA operative.
Has
the CIA, in cooperation with Disney, presented us with real alien symbols /
language? If so, to what conceivable end? In all likelihood, the symbols mean
nothing, but it would be remiss of me not to throw them out there for feedback.
Your comments are welcome.

I'm sorry that I haven't yet seen this movie, despite your recommendations Rob my man.
ReplyDeleteHowever, right off the bat I could comment that the symbol of the triangle is very common in the alien abduction mythos, with characters like Whitley Strieber writing incredibly suggestive ideas about the nature of the Triad, as a geometric representation of the balance between opposing forces through the aid of a third 'reconciling' force.
Spirals, well... they've been part of ancient petroglyph art since time immemorial.
Good to have you back, amigo! :)
Thanks very much for your input, Miguel! Very interesting. Yes, the trinagles struck me as being common in abducetee/contactee accounts. Many experiencers describe beings with trinagular insignia on their 'uniforms'.
ReplyDeleteActually, earlier this week I emailed the symbols to a handful of people I know and trust who have had contact experiences, and, at my request, the symbols have also been posted on an ET experiencer web forum. I sent the symbols out with no context. I wanted 'blind' feedback. No one has yet recognised them them or ascribed any real significane to them.
Incidentally, Whitley Strieber actually cameos in Race to Witch Mountain as himself at a UFO conference, along with a bunch of other well known personalities from the UFO community. And here's another bit of trivia that I got from Fickman... Carla Gugino's UFOlogist character, Dr Alex Friedman, is named after Stanton Friedman, and the sidekick to the main villain of the piece, 'Pope', is named after the notorious Nick!
they look like a symbolic representation for the philosophical concept of a collective mind where the third aspect of reality [the spiritual aspect that is produced by advance technology] comes out of a development of the first two given aspects, i.e., the material world and the interlectual comprehension of it.
DeleteFrom matter and thought we create the spiritual, a god like collective mind. God is a direction, a goal.
The first image is a face. It is probably a cat amazed by something.
ReplyDeleteThe second one is the nose of the cat (black triangle.) The cat is smiling.
The third one is the "all-seen-eye", pop-art version.
Conclusion: the producers and CIA agents have a twisted sense of humor.
[Or... Is it a British sense of humour?]
Or maybe those CIA spooks are big Zelda fans ;)
DeleteI should probably point out that the symbols as presented above are merely my crude renderings put together in a Word document. They're around 95% accurate to the originals as seen in the movie. The movie versions are slightly more complex, with a few extra flourishes. There are also more symbols in the movie than I've presented here. The idea is to encourage people to see the movie for themselves and form their own opinions.
ReplyDeleteDefinitely, I must watch "Race to Witch Mountain."
ReplyDeleteThe (excellent) two-dimensional graphics remind me of the writings of P.D. Ouspensky about the fourth dimension.

Ouspensky used to quote Charles H. Hinton.

Today, the fourth dimension and the UFOs are subjects related:

I will pay more attention to these (fascinating) subjects (symbols, crop formations, alien language and Zelda.]

Re. the 'Triforce' second symbol: I just watched Prometheus this evening, and that same symbol appears in one of the first scenes **SPOILERS** in the Rubyk-cube like device used to show the presentation with all the ancient petroglyphs pointing to the 6-dot configuration where the 'Engineers' came from.
ReplyDeleteIntriguing! Thanks. I'll look out for it next time I see the movie, which will probably be in October when it comes to DVD.
DeleteWhatever happened to the CARET material? I never took it seriously but I did want to know if the source was mere viral marketing from some clever LA ad firm or something even more juicy.
ReplyDeleteThe CARET material got used in the short-lived Terminator TV series. I don't think it was viral marketing for it though, because the series came out quite a bit later.
ReplyDeleteI think the symbols represent garbage.
ReplyDeleteTriangles are mathematical equivalents of the number '11'. If you multiply 1111 by 1111 you get 1234321, representing a pyramid, and the number 11 is a sacred number of the pyramid. This number also represents the false Christ, the '11th horn' and the pillars of Masonry.
ReplyDeleteIt should be no surprise that the "aliens" as they present themselves as, are promoters of a global government and religion, or that they use occult symbols of that goal. The plan is a global dictatorship, with a "god-man" representing the cap stone at the top.
A good point to remember is that the symbols being discussed "work" by bypassing the conscious mind and going directly into the subconscious mind. Therefore, if you don't feel anything or sense anything as you view them, it DOES NOT mean they are not effecting you. Using symbols like this is a very tricky way to influence someone with them knowing about it.
ReplyDeleteEhh, nothing I don't know. Hollywood is surely a disinformation platform for secrets. And some films seem to tell it like it is. I think John Carter had more messages in it.
ReplyDeleteI believe we are all being prepped or groomed for something major symboles will always be with us and around us its up to us to wake up and spiritually decode them
ReplyDeleteI thought 'Hangar 18' was already on my list, but obviously not. It's on there now. Thanks very much for letting me know. Yes, it's a fascinating film. I'm actually writing about it at the moment for a chapter in my book. And there's *A LOT* to write!
DeleteHi! I was just passing through. I do a lot of reading around the internet, and I found your last symbol recently as a crop circle. It's almost exactly like it:

More about this crop circle can be found here: http://www.cropcircleconnector.com/2012/mantondrove/mantondrove2012a.html
From memory the piramid with the three circles around it represented the Earth symbol for the stargate key in the movie, when they dialled from other planets.
